Forming Processes

Die Casting: More than ten die casting machines are used for the efficient production of lamp housings, bases and heat sinks with strong consistency and complex structures.

Precision Machining: CNC machining centers are responsible for the precision machining of die-casting blanks to ensure that key installation positions, threaded holes, and contact surfaces achieve mirror-like accuracy and smoothness.
