Our zinc and aluminum die-casting division is equipped with more than ten die-casting machines of various specifications, complemented by over sixty processing units including lathes, multi-function drilling/tapping machines, punch presses, thread rolling machines, and CNC lathes. The supporting tooling workshop features EDM machines, wire-cutting equipment, CNC machining centers, multi-function milling machines, and grinding machines. The division is staffed with 8 senior supervisors, 3 senior mold designers, and 5 professional mold technicians. The production department consists of over 100 skilled operators and 10 dedicated quality control professionals. We offer end-to-end services—from mold design and raw casting to a variety of surface treatments such as spray painting, powder coating, polishing, electroplating, and electrophoresis.
